Description
Polycycle Laminated is a recycled PET insulation blanket faced on one side with aluminium foil. Supplied in 1200 mm wide rolls up to 12 m long, in 20 mm and 30 mm thicknesses, it is the go-to insulation for the underside of metal roofs.
How It Works
Polycycle Laminated is chosen for its function rather than a stated R-value. The foil face reflects radiant heat and acts as a vapour and dust barrier, while the fibre layer behind it reduces conducted heat and provides a neat internal finish. Together they make an effective solution under metal roofing, where radiant heat dominates and thick batts cannot be fitted.

Installation Tip
Lap and tape all joints so the foil face stays continuous. Any break in the foil removes the radiant-heat benefit at that point.
