PureSpace Acoustic is a rigid, self-supporting acoustic panel faced with bonded polyester fabric on one face (VERTIFACE) or both faces (DUAL VERTIFACE). It delivers Class A sound absorption from 50 mm and comes in 1200 × 2400 mm sheets.

Fire performance note: Class A under ASTM E84 is a US test classification describing the tested surface-burning behaviour of the finished product. The material is an organic polyester fibre and is not classified as non-combustible. AS/NZS 1530.3 results are indices from that test method and are not a Group Number under AS 5637.1. Confirm the requirements for your building with your certifier or fire engineer.

Acoustic wall and ceiling panels shall be ECO-AEROGELS™ PureSpace Acoustic, ___ mm thick, 1200 × 2400 mm, fabric-faced to (one face / both faces), core colour (white / black): a thermally bonded polyester fibre panel containing minimum 60 % recycled PET and free of chemical binder, manufactured by Capiworld Company Limited. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions.

What NRC do I need for an office or meeting room?
For noticeable echo reduction, most designers select Class A absorption. PureSpace Acoustic reaches NRC 0.95 at 50 mm. Your acoustic consultant can confirm the coverage area needed.
How are PureSpace panels installed?
Glue them directly to a rigid substrate, or mount them on battens or Z-clips. Mounting with an air gap improves low-frequency absorption.
Will acoustic panels stop noise going into the next room?
Panels reduce echo inside the room. To reduce sound passing between rooms, also fill the partition with Polycycle Acousorb.
Can I cut the panels to shape?
Yes — the polyester panels can be cut to size on site. Contact us for custom shapes or sizes.
