Description
Polycycle Thermoguard is a thin, flexible fire-retardant felt made from 90 % recycled PET fibre with a flame-retardant treatment. Available in 6 mm and 10 mm, supplied in 1200 mm wide rolls up to 12 m long.
When Thickness Is the Constraint
Thermoguard is a thin fire-retardant and thermal barrier for places where there is no room for a thick product. At 6 to 10 mm it follows curves, flanges and irregular shapes that rigid boards cannot, and its thermal conductivity of 0.031 – 0.034 W/m·K is the lowest in the Capiworld range.

Tolerances: width ±5 mm · length −10/+20 mm · thickness ±1 mm. Fire-retardant performance is a property of the treated product tested to ISO 11925-2. The base fibre is organic and the product is not classified as non-combustible.
